Residential and Commercial Energy Audits - Are you buying a new home or office? Tired of paying high heating bills? With heating costs going through the roof these days, it's pretty hard to accept your expensive heat going through the roof, literally. Often times a visual inspection just doesn't cut it. With our new high tech thermal imaging system, we can locate missing insulation in walls or attics. We'll find leaky windows, bad door seals, and even hidden water or mold damage. We'll inspect your heating and air conditioning system, then offer ways to save money and conserve energy. Finally, we'll put together a full report with pictures of the problem areas that need to be fixed. Best of all, all of this can be done without any damage to your home or commercial building.

Indoor Air Quality Testing- By taking air samples around a house, or office, we determine if there are problem areas and show methods of correcting these problems. We'll look for humidity problems, abnormally high airborne particles, VOC's and Carbon Dioxide. We also determine how effective a filtration system is in a home or office that uses central air. An inadequate filtration system will simply re-distribute the airborne particles that should be trapped. Worse yet, if the filter is not catching the dust and dirt, the central air system is more likely to clog up making it less effective and require more service. If you suffer with bad allergies, or have health issues, we will install a system which will allow you to breathe easy in your own home or office.

Carbon Monoxide Detection- Carbon monoxide poisoning is the leading cause of accidental poisoning and is responsible for more than 400 deaths in America alone each year. There are over 20,000 emergency room visits, of which 4,000 are hospitalized from serious carbon monoxide poisoning. These numbers can only be expected to grow unless carbon monoxide protection is improved. Millions of families believe they are properly protected because they have installed a carbon monoxide detector in their home. As the heated air passes in front of the shorter tube, it creates a negative pressure which draws air through the longer tube, through the detector and out of the small tube.
The air enters the long tube, passes through the detector, over the carbon monoxide sensors and out of the small tube (thus detecting CO).

New Installations- Everybody has different wants and needs when it comes to an HVAC system, so we offer ideas which will suit your needs. Whether it is a radiant or baseboard heating system, or a central heating and cooling system, or a combination of any of these, we install it. If you are tired of your high electric heating bills, but don’t want to use oil or gas, we could install a Heat Pump system. Regardless of which type of system you would like, one thing will remain constant; we are dedicated to lowering your energy bills with highly efficient, long lasting systems.

System Replacement- If your system is inefficient, or is constantly trouble, we can replace it. If you want accessories like a humidifier or a better filtration installed, we can do that at the same time. More often than not, we have your new system up and running on that same day. Our new systems are constantly getting more efficient and more environmentally friendly. This means lower bills and a cleaner world for all of us.

Accessorize your system- Is your house too dry in the winter? We can fix that by installing a humidifier. Do you want to take charge of the cleanliness of the air you breathe? We have HEPA filtration systems, which remove odors, VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and fine particles in the air. Do you have a tightly constructed house? Do you have radon? We install Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV's) to bring in fresh air at a controlled rate, removing radon and improving air quality. We may even find other simple ways to make your system work better for you.

Rental Equipment-

	Remodeling your house? Rent a HEPA filtration system to clean the construction-related debris from the air that you would otherwise be breathing (drywall, lead dust, concrete, mold spores, etc.).
	Building a new home during the cold months? Keep warm with a construction furnace, which is much safer for you and your materials than other temporary options. Oh - and these units will keep your contractors happy! Keep in mind that drywall installers and masons simply can't work if it's too cold!
